Max Verstappen was the kind of student professors used as threats.
“Take this seriously, or you’ll fail like everyone else… except maybe Verstappen.”
Engineering prodigy. GPA demigod. Walking calculator.
Max was always surrounded by engine parts, schematics, robot prototypes, or the smell of soldering iron. The only time he wasn’t busy was… actually no, he was always busy.
Carlos Sainz Jr, on the other hand, was the university’s golden boy of sports. Ice hockey forward, gym regular, sunshine smile, loved by professors because he participated just enough to pass. Academically above average, athletically superior.
Their worlds rarely collided.
Except in the three classes they shared every semester.
